While The Grand Lodge Hotel & Suites in Mt. Crested Butte will be CBMC headquarters, our hotel block with them has been fully utilized.

There are additional options to book lodging for the Conference.  Traverse Hospitality has units in all three base hotel/condo locations. Additional option can be found on short term rental sites like VRBO and Airbnb.

Most Mt Crested Butte properties are close to the conference activities. Click here for a map of the ski base area showing locations of condos and the hotel. Hotel amenities include restaurants, exercise facilities, swimming pool, and hot tub. Some hotel rooms offer king beds, a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. Condominiums offer a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, and washer/dryer. Registrants should make their own arrangements and reservations for lodging. Due to staffing issues in Crested Butte, rooms will only be cleaned upon checking out. There is no housekeeping during your stay. Special Conference lodging rates have been arranged for the conference period beginning July 19 through July 24.  To book with Vail, please call Vail Resorts Group Reservations at 1-855-948-0691 and follow the prompts.
